Tastes awful, didn’t help on my run and made me feel sick. Awful.

This has changed the game! Honestly. My runs feel easier, I can run for longer without feeling tired. My only negative is the taste it reminds me off a pre workout shot but I’ll take the taste because it’s made a massive difference

I was so sceptical. I thought all it would do is make me need the toilet half way through a run.
The first time I used it I did my longest run of the year so far and loved every minute of it. No rethinking my life choices after just 2mins. No “I can’t do this” thoughts. And even after an hour I felt strong and that I could have run much further.
A fluke I thought, must have just been a good run day. So my next run was on the treadmill which I don’t enjoy. But again I felt strong throughout my run, felt like there was an extra spring in my step and again still felt good at the end.
So I’m a convert now!
For info I’m just getting back into running after a few years away. Running 10-12k distance currently but with this magic stuff I might even consider going back to running half’s!

Pre Run is the little kick up the backside I need to stop making excuses, lace up my Prime X3s and get out the door.

It gives me a proper boost without making me feel like I can hear colours. Ten minutes later, I’m ripping up the tarmac and pretending I’m much faster than I actually am.

Tastes good, works well and gets the job done. Definitely part of my running routine now.

Firstly this has been superb changing how the start of my runs feel. Tried a few times before I’ve left review and it’s really made my legs feel very different. Only criticism is I’m not mad keen on the flavour but if it helps like this I’d still drink it !

I was very sceptical at first but thought why not give it a try ? And wow absolutely amazing product dies every thing it says and more 10/10 I've given a sample to my daughter to try defiantly one of my must running supplements 🙌

A replacement for a discontinued product I used to use, it gives me the same kick up the arse to get out there, and supports me whilst running too.

Flavour isn't bad wouldn't mind a few options if there was a choice when ordering as this isn't something I'd normally opt for but not bad, however what a great product gave me all I needed for run really noticed after about 4k still plenty of gas in tank even in 27c heat so happy day will definitely come back.

I have only used this a few times so far but it genuinely seems to be helping my runs feel less sluggish!

I’m pretty new to running and normally run first thing in the morning, so don’t have time to have breakfast beforehand but felt I was missing out on something running completely unfuelled. I have a bog standard pre-workout and had used this for running a few times but wasn’t a good fit at all. Made me feel jittery and like I had a sudden burst of energy but in the long run, not really helping at all.

When an advert came up for Prerun I thought it’d be worth a go. I’ve only used it a few times, but so far I think it makes a real difference. I was a bit worried about the taste when I seen some of the reviews, but honestly I think it’s good, not sharp or bitter, or overly sweet like most pre-workouts. I feel better fuelled and as though it keeps working throughout the whole run, rather than just a 10 minute burst of energy.

Will definitely re-order!

I’m a beginner runner looking to improve my stamina and endurance, and can honestly say this helps. I feel more energized when I’ve had it. It says wait 15 mins, I’d say more 30, but that’s preference. Taste is okay, bit of an acquired one, but far from awful! If you are looking for something to get you ready to run without breaking the bank or making you feel ill, this is the one for you. Definitely recommend.

I’m a casual runner, and needed something that was going to be able for me to digest easily and give me a natural boost mid run. This is it. Great taste, acted within 2km, no crash afterwards. I’m a fan now, highly recommend it, also it’s good value.

Fantastic product definitely gives me more focus, will without doubt be a staple supplement that will be taken on every run if I had to find the tiniest fault……it tastes yuk so
I added a little diluted juice to it but that’s a me problem excellent product 10/10

I was looking for a 'Pre-workout' for runners, and wondered if one even existed when I stumbled upon Prerun

Of course I immediately bought it, along with the cute little bottle

I'm currently training for several half marathons, and since taking this I've found I'm more focused during runs and less fatigued

The taste isn't offensive and it doesn't upset my gut at all

Used today for my first half marathon, really did help me . I have lost 8.6 stone in the last year and have taken to running and really enjoyed it . I have looked for products to help me and most are crap , I used pre run and sis gels and chews and knocked it out of the park today

Handy bottle but lose some of the product trying to get it in the bottle .

Good product will order regularly and love how genuine the owner is in finding your thoughts on the product, both positive or negative comments ( not that there is anything negative) from my point of view .Keep up the good customer service

Tastes gross but it does work so may be worth necking it like a shot of tequila

Ordered the prerun powder and water bottle which arrived very quickly after using in my tempo/interval runs its been an absolute game changer 👏🏻 will definitely be using for my upcoming races (including the Chester triple) unfortunately the bottle arrived with no prerun logo/writing on it but after a quick email to inform them the owner emailed me back apologised and offered to send a new bottle out for me
