Directions

Mix 2 level teaspoons (approx. 10.7g) with 250ml of cold water. Shake it - or stir it - well, ideally leave it for 5 minutes to fully dissolve and then drink it 15 minutes before your run. The amount of water you use will affect the taste, so experiment and see what works best for you. If it’s cold outside, why not try adding hot water.

Once ingested, L-citrulline is converted into L-arginine in the kidneys, which then stimulates the synthesis of nitric oxide — a vasodilator that widens blood vessels and improves oxygen and nutrient delivery to working muscles.
