Returns
At Prerun, your safety and product quality come first. Because our products are consumable supplements, we are unable to accept returns once they have left our warehouse. This ensures that every pouch you receive is fresh, sealed, and handled to the highest safety standards.
1. No Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any Prerun products, whether opened or unopened. Once a product has left our care, we cannot guarantee it has been stored in the correct conditions. This policy helps us maintain the strict quality control standards that every runner deserves.
2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at joshua_softley@prerun.co.uk. We may ask for photos to help us resolve the issue quickly. Once confirmed, we will replace the product or issue you a full refund (including postage).
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days once approved.
