As someone balancing the intensity of building businesses with the demands of endurance training, I’ve always sought clarity and efficiency. When I train well, I lead better. When I fuel right, I think sharper. Over time, that connection between movement and momentum — between physical performance and life performance — became undeniable.
But when it came to supplements, the options were either built for the gym crowd or dressed up in confusing jargon. Nothing felt like it truly understood runners — their effort, their mindset, or their lifestyle. So I decided to build it.
I spent months analysing what actually works. I stripped out the noise, the unnecessary ingredients, and the performative branding. I tested formulas myself, asked better questions, and ran through every version until I felt proud to put my name behind it.
